She is a certified hypnotherapy trainer for the Arizona / California Regions through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists (NATH). Paula is a passionate trainer that assists others using her intuition, training and knowledge gained from her life experiences. Paula works with clients to set achievable goals to reach their full potential utilizing proven effective strategies and facilitates her clients to gain insight into their life purpose and achieving their dreams using Law of Attraction principles while supporting them with various  other modalities. 

Paula has over 15-year experience in software development  and business leadership including international corporate training as a Six Sigma Expert for process improvement. As President of EmbeddedPlus Engineering, she led the company in many technology advances that Software Development Magazine recognized the company’s collaborative development of SysML as the most innovative technology of 2006. She is honored to now support individuals on the path to living their best life and owns several companies providing services, education and products that allow individuals to lovingly move through life with joy and ease. Paula was the executive founder of the Non-Profit Heart-Centered Endeavors which empowered individuals by assisting them to find the self-love within themselves while pursuing their dreams. In addition, she facilitated Grief to Gratitude Workshops to assist individuals who had lost loved ones from cancer and suicide. She joyfully lives a life of service which includes serving on several boards including the Social Worx Institute and the Ojai Center of Spiritual Living.
